Walk-in Coolers and Freezers

Energy-efficiency is the driving force for all our walk-in cooler and freezer designs, providing an immediate payback and long-term return on your investment. Proper design can result in tax credits and other benefits; please work with our representatives to see what benefits may be available to you in your location.

All of our current product meets or exceeds Energy Independence Act of 2007 requirements. Our panels are insulated using 245fa blowing agent, allowing a 4-inch panel to meet the R-32 requirements. Our swing doors use an automatic closure package, which is now required since the act went into effect on January 1, 2009.

You can read the entire act and stay up to date on how our walk-in coolers and freezers will help you meet those requirements by visiting our “Countdown To Implementation” page. Our PRODUCT CATALOG contains a complete review of the features and accessories available for each application and industry using our Walk-in Coolers and Freezers. Each project benefits from a made-to-measure exact size using all the available space allotted for the installation. Installation moves smoothly and quickly by avoiding nominal size panels, and designing each panel for specific placement and use.

High-density urethane perimeter framed panels provide structural integrity when bonded with metal skins and foamed-in-place cores. Metal skins in a variety of finishes, cover the foamed-in-place, CFC-free, Class 1 fire-rated Urethane cores. No wood is used in food service construction, but may be used when required for greater structural strength in industrial construction.

A large range of door types and styles is available, designed to meet your specific needs.
